Wicked Wheels "Hoots Progression Park Profile"

Episode 4 of Wicked Wheels came from Vancouver, BC, Canada, home of the North Shore and Jay Hoots. Jay has been an advocate for riding for years and is a key player in the development of parks all over the province. We got to be there to film the creation of one of his Progression Parks for the city of Port Coquitlam, unfortunately we never got to ride it due to weather. Here Jay and his crew show us what it takes to get one of these parks together and how it affects the community, locally and on a broader scale. Amir Kabani is an up and coming star in the Mountain bike world. He hails from Germany but can hold his own against the worlds best. We sat down with him in Vienna and in Cologne at the Nissan Qashqai event to see what makes him tick. The ITV is in german but the riding speaks for itself. and he has improved an amazing amount since this interview in 2007. As part of a program I produced and hosted, Blair was one of the subjects we took particular interest in. He was injured a few years back filming a MTB vid and has not let his injury hold him back. He and I go back a long way and I had followed his career to the point where I was continually more and more impressed with what he was doing and wanted to go deeper.
